Sometimes You Just Gotta Let It Go...

I was reading Rell's blog (rellavent.blogspot.com) and he had a post about new albums coming out in '07. Welllll... he left one out. 2007 will see the return of the Undisputed King of Rap... none other than the great Father MC!

Calm down, calm down... I know you're as excited as I am. He's about to change the game!

Seriously though, the fact that he is still plotting to rap after one hit and 15 years isn't the sad part. I want you to pay extra close attention to his lady. At one point in time I thought she was the finest thing on two legs. Talk about self esteem... Life sucks...

Yeah this is what is known as "Ignorant Black People" with a camera.

P.S. his girl... dam she has stupped to new lows.

I was thinking about Father MC and Gina Thompson the other day - people who launched MEGA careers for the featured artist on their track. There would be no Missy without Gina.

After reading this, I was thinking about how Father MC had more than one hit. He had at least two because he introduced Mary J. Blige on "I'll Do 4 U" and Jodeci on "Treat Them Like They Want to Be Treated." Give Father MC the respect that is due.

And, yes, I actually remember these songs and videos.
