wow. thanks for posting this. Dems have their work cut out for them this fall. Many of them seem VERY uncomfortable with the idea of a black leader. I wonder if they even know he is a member of Congress?
Interesting tell by one of the interviewees....She feels confident that Hillary & McCain know the Star Spangled Banner and the Pledge of Allegience but not Barack. Is it because they are white? Does knowing the National Anthem & Pledge Allegience qualify one for being the President of the USA? That's enough of a reason to be Prez.
Hillary, McCain and this couple are "real Americans". I guess white people are the real Americans in their book. What are the rest of us, chattel?

Anyway, I think a lot of white supporters of Obama, convinced themselves that this country no longer judges people based on skin color, and I think most black people feel that at some point race will become a factor in the election. Well ladies and gentlemen, we've reached that point. Now we're going to see the real America show its face. This type of stuff is what Rev. Wright was talking about in his sermons. He understands, as do most black folks, that "many" white people feel this country belongs to them. Real American is just code for "Pure white Christian".
