Definitely loved the video. I appreciated and welcomed the creative, abstract freshness that Ye consistently delivers... complete with the Dr. Huxtable sweater and 'fro hawk. Not hating in the least; just observing. Love it!
The song itself is about rich people/ Hollywood problems -- which are all extremely valid. However, one afternoon of volunteering @ a soup kitchen would probably shake the emotional funk. There's more to life than the material things, no doubt. However, most of the people that have the strong family ties, spouse and social ties are envious of Kanye's fame, fortune and Fendi that he bemoans.
The grass is always greener on the other side. Nevertheless, appreciate your lawn and water it with care.
